Interesting Story
I felt burned out from collegiate running and had a long layoff, from 2004 until 2017. I reinvented my training as I was nearing the Masters division and developed a training system that worked for me. I have recently set PRs at distances ranging from 5K to the marathon as a Masters athlete. I have now qualified for the Trials for the first time, and it was as a Masters athlete.
