My partner is Maegan Krifchin, who will also be competing in the Trials, her third. My brother Ryan was the starting quarterback at Tufts University; now that I live in Boston it has been nice to see him more often. My colleagues and I recently published an article in Science Magazine demonstrating how an autonomous synthetic chemistry platform can teach itself chemistry and possibly discover new medicines, materials and other chemicals all on its own!
