Career Highlights
Won 2023 Eugene Marathon to qualify for the Trials; ran 63:16 at 2023 Trials of Miles Half Marathon; competed for Team USA at 2011 NACAC Cross Country Championships
Family
My mom has been a lifelong runner and has run 12 marathons; my dad is not a marathoner but at least bestowed upon me skinny calves. Married to wife, Katie, for two years in May.
Greatest Accomplishment
Achieving my running goals (including qualifying for the Trials) while balancing a high workload to also achieve my career goals at the same time
Interesting Story
My running team (GRC) has 7 men and 1 woman who have qualified for the Trials. We are a post-collegiate running group where no one is a professional runner and everyone has full-time jobs, and I expect we have more qualifiers than almost any other similar group in the country.

Favorite Motivational Quote
“What was the secret, they wanted to know; in a thousand different ways they wanted to know The Secret. And not one of them was prepared, truly prepared to believe that it had not so much to do with chemicals and zippy mental tricks as with that most unprofound and sometimes heart-rending process of removing, molecule by molecule, the very tough rubber that comprised the bottoms of his training shoes. The Trial of Miles; Miles of Trials.” - Once A Runner
Favorite Running Memory
Qualifying for the Olympic Trials and racing Footlocker nationals in high school. They really spoil you at that race!
