Interesting Story
After college I took seven years away from competitive running to sort out my career in private equity and my personal life. When the pandemic hit in March 2020 I needed to start running again. With some inspiration from friends and family, I started to dream and aspire to take one more crack at the Olympic Trials. After 3.5 years of hard work, discipline, failures, successes and determination, I achieved that goal.

Favorite Running Memory
Every long run I have ever been on with my college and post-collegiate friends. Some of the greatest lessons I learned have been on those runs. Whether it was approached lightly with strong conversations or we ripped off sub 6:00 minutes miles for 2 hours, I will hold onto those moments forever.
