Family
I am married to Christy Searle, who is also a runner. She competed at Colorado Christian University. I have two older brothers Ryan (31) and Riley (30), who enjoy running and most any activity outside. My parents are Jack and Tammy Searle and they are both very active. My father had a 6-pack at 60. He now likes to crush it on the pickleball courts. My mom loves to bike and stay active!
Greatest Accomplishment
Giving my life to Jesus Christ.
Interesting Story
I never ran in high school. I found Colorado Christian University through tennis. I went to CCU on a tennis scholarship and played for two years. The school cut the tennis program, and the head distance coach at CCU, Jon Poag, suggested that I try running. I started at 22 for CCU and realized I had some potential. After running for about five years now, I am happy to have qualified for the Trials.
