Career Highlights
Member of Team USA for 2017 and 2019 World Athletics Cross Country Championships. 2019 Pan American Games and 2023 World Road Running Championships; 2014 All-American for Syracuse in 10,000m.
My husband, Reid Buchanan, will also be racing in the Trials. I’m excited and thankful to be able to share this experience with him in Orlando!
Greatest Accomplishment
I don’t think I’ve quite accomplished it yet — still working on it! But the greatest joy I’ve had through running is the people I’ve met. So many are my greatest friends, as is my husband!
Interesting Story
I have run four marathons so far, and none of them has quite gone how I had envisioned or what I trained for. A lot of recent life changes, with a move halfway across the country and starting school in January, have had their effect but I feel that my best marathons are still ahead of me.

Favorite Motivational Quote
“It's supposed to be hard. If it wasn't hard, everyone would do it. The hard ... is what makes it great.“ - A League of Their Own
Favorite Running Memory
Qualifying for the World XC team with my teammate Elaina Tabb. Can’t beat accomplishing a big goal alongside an amazing friend and training partner!
