Interesting Story
Took 4 years off from running after college to focus on career growth. Grateful to get the "itch" again and train for the OTQ. Coached by my best friend and University of St. Francis head coach, Trevor Howard. Debuted in June of 2023 at Grandma's Marathon with 2:19:51 before running 2:16:43 at the California International Marathon in December.
