Interesting Story
Returning to running after having a baby has been anything but straightforward. It's been especially hard this year when an old tendon injury flared up in November. I have never tried to run a marathon off cross training and 6-7 weeks of part- time running, but we will see how it goes!

Favorite Running Memory
A lot of my memories for the past 20 years involve running! I can’t pick one favorite memory, but something that stands out is how I got into running. My high school coach was truly one of the best. Her passion for running was shown to us and shared in a way that made our practices both fun and challenging, and gave me a lifetime perspective of the sport. We had mud fights during long runs, but she still knew how to help us learn to compete. All of her coaching was in a way that fostered a healthy relationship with running for me, and I’m so grateful for the life that it has given me.
