Favorite Motivational Quote
"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." - Philippians 4:13; "Any Race, Any Place." - Me; "Lightweight Baby!" - Ronnie Coleman; β€œOn a given day, a given circumstance, you think you have a limit. And you then go for this limit and you touch this limit, and you think, 'Okay, this is the limit'. And so you touch this limit, something happens and you suddenly can go a little bit further. With your mind power, your determination, your instinct, and the experience as well, you can fly very high.” ― Ayrton Senna
Favorite Running Memory
All of the times I have just missed goals are a favorite memory, because that is what makes me stronger. I would also say my three qualifying races for the Olympic Marathon Trials, as well as a trail race I did in Switzerland.
