I grew up with five siblings in rural Iowa. I moved to Colorado after college and met my partner, Cleo, who is an elite distance runner from Canada, and her dad is my coach.
Greatest Accomplishment
Having my whole family together at the 2020 Trials in Atlanta was a big highlight.
Interesting Story
When I ran the OTQ in 2022 I was fueling with Maurten for the first time, and ended up drinking about 4 times the recommended amount.
