It’s just me and my 1.5-year-old Aussie/Corgi mix named Henry. I’ve lived in or near Boulder now for 16 years. In addition to running professionally for Saucony, I also coach cross country and track at Monarch High School in Louisville, CO, and I’m a co-host on the Relay Podcast.
Greatest Accomplishment
The overall consistency in my marathon career, winning three US cross country titles, making two World teams (one in cross country, one in the marathon for the 2017 World team, but sadly had to pull out of that due to a horrific injury). Coaching my high school kids and watching them fall in love with the sport that I love so much.
