Career Highlights
Running a 4:38 mile at a Boulder track race at altitude in the middle of marathon training ... and my PR at sea level is 4:37.
I have a 6-year-old Goldendoodle. A younger sister lives in Boulder and a high-school age brother lives back in Arkansas with my parents. All of them will be at the Trials, along with my partner Brian, who has run several USATF steeplechases over the years.
Greatest Accomplishment
Getting back to reading after years, since school was my excuse but really I just wasn't making the effort. Also, a true love of running, where I also hold my value above the results people see. And I still keep coming back to it for the love and joy that it brings.
Interesting Story
After having done gymnastics for nearly a decade, I fall relatively frequently. I change my hair a lot. Sadly, probably most known for surviving at the King Sooper Shooting in Boulder on March 22, 2021.

Favorite Motivational Quote
"Run Fast, Eat A$$"- my sister, every day I headed out for a run when we lived together.
Favorite Running Memory
The two weeks of downtime from workouts where I was given the freedom to run however I wanted and I challenged myself to do a trail run every day because I thought it was too scary before (since I fall frequently). Did not fall once, and it was so beautiful to be a part of and get stronger at.
