Family
My brother, Trent, and my parents, Amy and Ken, have long been my biggest supporters.
Greatest Accomplishment
My greatest accomplishment has to be my OTQ marathon. I had moved to a new state and go all in on my running for this goal, so seeing it come to fruition was amazing.
Interesting Story
During college I went through a severe mental health crisis tied to childhood SA. During this time my relationship with running was torn apart and I had no idea if I wanted to stick with it anymore. I spent the summer doing a lot of soul searching, and when I returned the following season I raced with a much more relaxed mentality and simply didn't care too much about how good or bad my performance was. Despite not having trained very much I destroyed my PRs and won a conference title in dominant fashion. I found my happiness in running and competing again and haven't looked back since.

Favorite Running Memory
In one of the last meets of my freshman year of high school, in the JV 800m I closed a 40m gap in the final lap to take the win in a time of 2:25. During my entire running career since then, I've been chasing the rush I felt in that moment.
