I’m the lone athlete/runner in my entire extended family but my family is very supportive and encouraging of my running. My parents, Char and Steve, come to every race possible. My brothers, Tim and Brian, always check in on me after races and try to go to races if possible.
Greatest Accomplishment
Qualifying for the NCAA Outdoor Championships ranked 43rd going into the race and finishing 11th
Interesting Story
I sustained my first injury since 2018 at the Indy Monumental Half Marathon on October 28, 2023. Horrible timing to have an injury but I recently started running again. Going into these Trials I will have exactly eight weeks of running under my belt and hopefully five weeks including workouts on the road.
