I did almost all my easy mileage with my fiancé, Liz Lagoy, and our dog, Murphy. Liz was six seconds off the women's OTQ in 2022 and worked incredibly hard to shave off those seconds. Seeing all the hard work and dedication she put into going after the OTQ has been my motivation for this marathon build.
Greatest Accomplishment
Walking on to my D III college cross country team was a huge accomplishment that set the course for my adult life.
