Career Highlights
4-time winner of St. George Marathon; 2-time Olympic Trials qualifier
I am a proud mom of two girls: Alyia (8), and Mya (2), and have found so much joy in the balance of motherhood, my career and training. My spouse and I have been together since college 12 years ago. My mom and dad (who coached me in high school) and sister are my biggest cheerleaders!
Greatest Accomplishment
Raising my two amazing girls! They are my pride and joy, and although it’s a juggle balancing motherhood, training and life, I wouldn’t change it for the world!
Interesting Story
I am an owner of a treadmill studio/runners gym in Utah called Twenty One Run, where we will be coaching running classes, and providing a social Run Club and strength training facility specifically for runners to create a fun community build around running. We open after the Trials!!

Favorite Running Memory
So many to count! Probably the first time I "blew myself away" in a race. At the 2019 St. George Marathon, I ran so much faster than I thought I was capable of and I was surrounded by so many amazing friends and family there, which made it even more special. The strong memories are all about the people who were there with me along the way, much more than the outcome.
