Interesting Story
I’m an AD officer in the U.S. Coast Guard and run 10 miles to work each day as part of my build-up. I typically have to fit in my mileage in between standing watch in the National CMD Center and my project management role. We also welcomed our daughter in December so running has been a bit of a challenge; thankfully, she’ll be able to join us in Orlando!

Winning the 2013 CHSAA Cross Country Championship individually and as a team at Chaminade; getting a qualifier for the 2020 Trials after missing it by 8 seconds at CIM and then coming back a month later at Houston to hit the standard.
