Career Highlights
9th, 2022 USATF Half Marathon Championships; 10th, 2021 California International Marathon; 12th, 2022 Grandma's Marathon; 4-time USATF Indiana Men’s Long Distance Runner of the Year," 2021 Wheeler Mission Drumstick Dash Champion (Indy area runners know this is the biggest accomplishment)
My wife, Katie is the Purdue record-holder in the mile (4:36, 2016) and an All-American. I’m still in her running shadow.
Greatest Accomplishment
Same as it was in 2020: Getting Katie to marry me.
Interesting Story
I quit the track team in 7th grade after getting last among boys AND girls in an 800m run. Thankfully, a growth spurt and some encouragement from my parents got me to go back to it a year later. Also, I had surgery on both Achilles after college in 2016 and didn’t run for a year. Getting to the Trials was the goal that brought me back to the sport.

Favorite Running Memory
Qualifying for the 2020 Trials by three seconds and being nearly tackled by my wife in the finish area. I had been behind the pace for every single mile until the last one.
