Family
I'm the third of four brothers - Connor, Barrett and Brendan. All ran in high school. Connor ran track and Brendan ran track and cross country. Brendan and I were teammates for two years at Middlebury. My brother Barrett was the captain of the cross country team when I was a first year in high school. When my mom, Ann, was in high school, she and a friend joined the boys cross country team because there was no girls team. My dad, Gordon, is a nice guy, but I don't have a running fact for him. My partner, Sarah, ran track and cross country at Middlebury and was All American in the mile.

I loved long runs with the Middlebury cross country team. Just hanging out with my friends, having a good time on beautiful dirt roads in Vermont.
