Family
My one sibling (sister) Abby is a police officer. Dad (Sean Sweeney) is retired from working for the Food and Drug Administration as well as the US Anti-Doping Agency. He builds custom chopper motorcycles and is in a punk rock band. Mom (Mari-Ann) is a pharmacist at a locally-owned pharmacy and just started running this past year. They live in Owings, Maryland.
Greatest Accomplishment
Earning a scholarship to both undergraduate and graduate school after one year of college as a walk-on. This allowed my parents to use the money they saved for my college education to pay for the singular loan they took out as soon as I graduated with my Masters.
Interesting Story
I am working a full time job for COROS Wearables and am also an assistant coach for the University of Colorado Cross Country and Track teams.
