Greatest Accomplishment
One day my time as a competitive runner will come to an end. Contrarily, my choice to follow Christ will not. It is a relationship that will last an eternity. That choice was the most important decision of my life.
Interesting Story
Growing up in Minnesota, Nordic skiing is always something I have enjoyed doing. Now, I like to use it as cross training early on in my builds to develop strength and low-impact aerobic strength. It's so fun I like to call it "free fitness."
