Interesting Story
After most of the winter on the sidelines due to injury and no running, trained for only one month to take my first swing at OTQ. Realized I was a little over my head 10 miles in and decided to coast it in. Spent the rest of my time until October 2023 training and won Hartford Marathon by 5 minutes with a lot left in the tank and an OTQ. That race also was good enough to get me on the Hansons-ODP team, where I just relocated for this Trials build-up.
