Family
My wife and I met on the UC Davis cross country team and recently welcomed our first little one (Lucy), who will be spectating at the Trials along with some family.
Greatest Accomplishment
I am very proud that in the last year, I have able to balance running at a high level while working on my professional career and raising my daughter.
Interesting Story
While most runners qualify at big name races (Boston, CIM, etc.), I qualified at a small northern California marathon called the Avenue of the Giants. When I qualified, I broke the course record that had stood for over 40 years.

Favorite Motivational Quote
"As they speed through the finish, the flags go down The fans get up and they get out of town The arena is empty except for one man Still driving and striving as fast as he can The sun has gone down and the moon has come up And long ago somebody left with the cup But he's driving and striving and hugging the turns And thinking of someone for whom he still burns" - Cake, "The Distance"
Favorite Running Memory
Finishing the 2022 Avenue of the Giants Marathon with a personal best and course record, and then joining my wife to cheer on the rest of the runners finishing the race.
